We will bake your order from scratch using the finest of ingredients, without preservatives, and ship your order the same day to ensure freshness.

Privacy Policy

Loralie’s Baking Co. is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide us to complete your transaction. Any customer information as well as all order information will be kept confidential. We would never sell, rent, lease or share with anyone any customer information for any reason.

Ordering Information

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 - 4:00, earlier and longer during the Holidays! If you do not reach a representative, please leave your name, number and a brief message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

If you have ordered from us before, we have all of your ordering information on file. If you are a new customer and would like to send multiple gifts, you can order online or you may call, fax, mail or e-mail your order to us. Orders may be placed by phone at 800-553-5449 or 614-888-4122; by fax at 614-888-6625; or by e-mail to order@loraliesbrownies.com.

If faxing, E-mailing or mailing large orders, please use the UPS Shipping Template provided. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, what you would like to order including size, to whom you would like the order sent along with their address and the message on the enclosed card. Also indicate the date you would like it sent and your payment preference.

We will make your ordering experience a pleasant one.

Shipping Information

We ship via United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service. We also offer courier service in the Columbus Metro Area for $15.00 per location. Orders will be baked and shipped the same day excluding weekends and Holidays. Since it is important to Loralie's Baking Co. that your selection arrives as fresh as possible, we ship Monday thru Thursday, depending on your location, so your order will arrive no later than Friday of each week. Orders that require more than 3 days will be shipped UPS Second Day Air at an additional charge.

We can ship multiple orders to one location or to multiple addresses. For large orders we suggest you use the UPS Shipping Template for convenience.

Payment and Terms

Loralies’ Baking Co. accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or we will bill upon credit approval.

Corporate Sales

We take pride in going the extra mile to make you happy. We will make every attempt to accommodate your special requests for your corporate orders. Please do not hesitate to call and discuss your questions or ideas with Jeff, Sandy or Pat.

Custom Orders

We can customize your order. You may customize your flavor assortment in Tins and Towers. Special tin and ribbon colors that co-ordinate with your corporate colors may be available upon request. We can have your tins, ribbons and tin wraps imprinted with your corporate name or logo. Minimum orders will apply and additional charges may be necessary for customizing. We include your custom message on our gift cards, but will also package your own personal gift cards if preferred. We would be happy to assist you.

Wholesale Orders

Our Traditional Brownies are perfect for catering, restaurant and coffee shop desserts, concessions, gift baskets, fund raising. If you are interested in selling our products please contact us to discuss how we may do business together.
