We ship via United Parcel Service.

If you cannot provide a street mailing address we will ship your packages via the United States Postal Service. We also offer courier service in the Columbus Metro Area for $15.00 per location. We can ship multiple orders to one location or to multiple addresses. For larger orders, we suggest you use the UPS Shipping Template for your convenience.

Orders will be baked and shipped the same day excluding weekends and Holidays.

Since it is important to Loralie's Baking Co. that your selection arrives as fresh as possible, we ship Monday thru Thursday, depending on your location, so your order will arrive no later than Friday of each week. Orders that require more than 3 days will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional charge. Our brownies do not contain additional preservatives for freshness so they are best when consumed within 4 to 5 days from bake date. If you receive more than you can eat within the suggested guideline, our brownies freeze well in an airtight container.

Please double-check that your ship to addresses are correct. Brownies returned for incorrect delivery addresses are not resent; we will bake fresh and reship your order at an additional charge.

When checking out, you will be charged for the delivery method you select from below:

UPS Ground Delivery
Your packages will be shipped UPS Ground Service for delivery Tuesday through Friday if the delivery address is within a three day ship time from Columbus, Ohio.; UPS does not count the pick up day as part of the estimated days in transit. Ground shipping charges are calculated per shipping address.

UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery
UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is guaranteed to arrive 2-3 days from the ship-date. However, UPS will not guarantee 2nd Day Air Delivery the second and third weeks of December. 2nd Day Air Delivery is necessary for delivery to western states as well as Hawaii and Alaska.

UPS Next Day Air Delivery
UPS Next Day Air delivery will be delivered Tuesday through Friday.

UPS Saturday Delivery
Saturday Delivery is an option you may choose for an additional fee.

International Delivery
International Delivery is available through UPS Worldwide Services. We cannot guarantee packages delayed in customs.

United States Postal Service

If you cannot provide a street mailing address we will ship your packages via the USPS. The USPS offers delivery on Saturdays. Our products do not lend themselves to long or delayed shipping and we are hesitant to ship to APO/ FPO addresses. If you would like to pursue, please call customer service.

Summer Shipping Policy

Our brownies are choc full of chocolates and candies and do not tolerate heat very well. It is necessary to modify flavor assortments of your gift tins during the peak of the summer heat.

December Shipping Policy

Due to the high volume of packages that we ship in December, we require some flexibility on when your order will ship. We will make every effort to accommodate your delivery request. Orders placed for a specific date will be prioritized in the order that we receive them. Due to weather and unforeseen circumstances, UPS will only guarantee delivery on a certain date if you ship using UPS Next Day Air.
